Monitoring progress
Progress will be monitored through the Queensland Skills Plan 2008 reporting requirements. An evaluation of change against the key outcome measures will be undertaken in 2012 by comparing the above indicators against the benchmarks established in the Partnerships Queensland: 2006 Baseline Report and the 2007 report on the Productivity Commission's Overcoming Indigenous Disadvantage: Key Indicators. The Commission proposes to release another progress report on Key Indicators in 2009 which will contribute to improved targeting of key actions.
