Cancellation of CRICOS registration
If your organisation wishes to cancel its CRICOS registration, you are required to complete the CRICOS 5 form - Cancellation of a Queensland CRICOS registration.
Please ensure that there are no current enrolments linked to CRICOS registration prior to submitting the request for cancellation.
To cancel the registration of an individual course, you are required to complete the CRICOS 4 form - Amendment and cancellation.
The only amendments permissible to registered courses are those associated with the cost of a course, the accreditation expiry date and course cancellation.
Duration and course titles cannot be amended. These changes require the old course to be cancelled and an application for a new course registration to be submitted.
