Amendments to CRICOS registration - change in premises or capacity
If your organisation wishes to amend or change the training location, premises, or increase or decrease the capacity of your existing CRICOS registration, you must do so by completing the CRICOS 3 - Application form to amend CRICOS registration.
Section 3 in the form outlines the evidence you are required to submit with the application. You must ensure that all required evidence is attached so that your application is not delayed or returned for correction.
Your application must also include the correct application fee. A schedule of CRICOS application fees can be found under application fees.
Application processing times will vary depending on the findings of the audit activity. A well prepared organisation should allow approximately three to five months for the process to be completed by the State Designated Authority.
Note that applications for increase to capacity can only be recommended by the State Designated Authority. Once recommended, the application will be forwarded to the Commonwealth Departmnet of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education (DIISRTE) for consideration.
The timeframes for final assessment by DIISRTE can vary and applicants must liaise directly with DIISRTE to ascertain the status of their application.
