Enrolling young people
All young people registered with the Queensland Studies Authority, who have an open learning account, will need to provide their training provider with their Learner Unique Identifier for enrolment.
If a young person wishes to enrol in your organisation and they are not engaged in a school, turn 15 on or after 1 January 2006, and have not yet completed Year 10, then learning providers are obligated under the legislation to register the young person with the Queensland Studies Authority.
