Delegated bodies - registration forms and process documents

DEL1 form: amend scope of registration application delegated body (DOC, 748KB)
The DEL1 form is used to by delegates to amend the scope of registration by adding courses or qualifications in existing or new training areas. Amendment to scope applications may include qualifications at an Australian Qualifications Framework level which are the same, lower or higher than the current scope of registration. The DEL1 form is also used to remove products from your scope of registration.

DEL101 form: risk assessment evaluation for application to amend scope of registration - delegated body (DOC, 768KB)
The DEL101 form is used by delegates to evaluate the risk associated with each DEL1 form application and use the appropriate business rules as a guide to further audit requirements that may be necessary to fully evaluate the application risk.
 
DEL102 form: record of decision made under delegation (DOC, 739KB)
The DEL102 form is used by delegates to record the decision against each DEL1 form application.

DEL2 form: delegated registration activity report (DOC, 731KB)
The DEL2 form is used by delegates to inform Registration Services of registration activity conducted under delegation. This form must be submitted at least monthly to Registration Services to ensure VARS and TGA updates are current.

DEL1 procedure: procedure for delegates authorised by the TERC to approve amendments to scope of registration for a specific RTO (PDF, 121KB)
The DEL1 procedure is to be used by delegates as a guide to managing the operational functions of receiving, assessing and evaluating DEL 1 form applications.

This spreadsheet is maintained by Registration Services to inform delegates about qualifications and units of competence which require specific license or regulatory conditions before registration can be approved. For further advice on registration approvals conditional to regulatory or license requirements refer to the DEL 1 procedure.

This policy document clearly details the delegates requirements to meeting AQTF standards for state and territory registering bodies as applicable to various delegations issued by council.

DEL45: AQTF user's guide to standards for state and territory registering bodies under delegation for scope of registration (PDF, 185KB)
This user's guide has been designed to assist delegates to maintain compliance toward the AQTF standards for state and territory registering bodies as appropriate to their functions under delegation. It includes a template for the annual report to council required to be prepared by delegates and submitted to council by 31 January each year.

DEL45 application package: application package for delegation for scope of registration (DOC, 688KB)
This application package is to be used by all applicants to obtain a delegation under Delegation 45 - amend scope of registration. It provides useful guidance on specific work processes and procedures that are necessary to effectively administer the functions under delegation.
