Update your contact details

The Update your RTO details form can be used by your organisation to advise Registration Services of changes to your organisation's details.

Throughout the period of registration, if any details change in regard to your organisation's responsible person, daily contact officer or business address/contact details, please complete the attached form and fax it to Registration Services. It is a condition of registration that RTOs notify the department of changes to these details.
