Application for recognition of a vocational placement scheme (DOC, 336KB)
This form should be completed by registered training organisations applying to have a vocational placement scheme recognised. Recognition must be in place before any students start a period of vocational placement. Vocational placements may be part of the delivery strategy for training packages and accredited courses.

A training plan is required for each learner who signs a vocational placement agreement.

Before a student starts a vocational placement, the registered training organisation offering the student's course must ensure that a vocational placement agreement in the approved form is signed by all parties.
