The approved form is the Apprenticeship/Traineeship training plan template (which is a national training plan template) as published by the Department of Education and Training. Alternatively, the department will accept training plans which have been developed by a supervising registered training organisation to meet their individual requirements provided the training plans contain all the information contained in the Apprenticeship/Traineeship training plan template.
