The Department of Employment, Small Business and Training is committed to continually improving the quality of our services. We value your feedback, both positive and negative.

Training Ombudsman

The Training Ombudsman​ provides a free, confidential, and independent service to review and resolve enquiries and complaints from apprentices, trainees, students, employers and other parties about the vocational education and training (VET) system.

Students (including apprentices and trainees)

The student guide provides information on choosing a course and a training provider, as well as the complaints process if you are not satisfied with the quality of the training or service you have received.

International students

If you are an international student with a student visa and you have a concern about the conduct of a CRICOS registered provider in Queensland, contact the Australian Skills Quality Authority on 1300 701 801 or visit www.asqa.gov.au.
