POL is the Department of Education and Training's (DET) online system providing a secure and confidential way for registered training organisations (RTOs) to apply to deliver publicly-funded training in Queensland.
It is the only way a pre-qualified supplier (PQS) application can be submitted to DET.
To submit an application to become a PQS, an RTO must first apply to DET for a Purchasing Online (POL) account.
Applying for a POL account
Applying for a POL account involves three steps:
- reading and agreeing to abide by the POL
- submitting the
POL Application form online
- submitting a fully completed
Purchasing Online Authorisation Form (PDF, 221KB).
Note: obtaining a Purchasing Online account does not provide the applicant with PQS status.
